1. Custom-Stitched Orders
- No Returns or Refunds: All custom-stitched dresses are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded.
- We ensure the best quality and accurate stitching based on your provided measurements. If adjustments are needed, we offer alteration services instead.
2. Jewelry & Accessories
- Exchange Only: Jewelry and accessories can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on jewelry or accessories.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
- The item must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested replacement item.
4. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the allowed exchange period.
- Provide your order details and product condition for approval.
- Once approved, bring or send the item to our boutique for exchange.
5. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-stitched dresses (no returns, no refunds).
- Jewelry & accessories (exchange only, no refunds).
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.
